NEELUM TRADERS was started by Mr. Rajiv Sahni in year 1977 in Ludhiana. He was only 17 when he joined business and was associated with Ballarpur Industries Limited since that time only its been more than 33 years serving for Ballarpur. Started with 25 to 30 mt. per month initialy, but now lifting over 340 mt. per month.
